The Real Reason You Feel Like You Are Always Behind...
Hey There Mama,
If you are like most moms, you wake up each day with hope. You tell yourself that today will be the day you catch up. Today you will finally feel organized. Today you will stay calm and patient and present. Today you will feel like the mom you want to be.
Then the day actually begins...
Kids need breakfast. Someone forgot their shoes. A meltdown starts over who gets the bathroom. Laundry piles stare at you. Meals need planning. Dishes multiply out of nowhere. Your brain stays half focused, half frazzled, and always pulled in ten different directions.
By bedtime you are exhausted. You wonder why you can never quite get in front of your life. You wonder why you are trying so hard yet still feel overwhelmed and stretched thin.
This is not because you are doing something wrong.
This is because you have been trying to manage motherhood without support, without a system that fits a real mom’s life, and without time that feels like it belongs to you.The world expects you to do everything. Your heart expects you to do it well.
So you keep pushing. You keep sacrificing. You keep hoping things get easier.
But they rarely do on their own.
Being a mom means your time rarely feels like your own. The interruptions, the mental load, the constant juggling... it’s no wonder most days feel like a blur.
What Happens When A Mom Lives Without Time, Structure, or Space
When there is no predictable rhythm to your days, overwhelm becomes your default state. Research shows that decision fatigue, constant task switching, and lack of personal time create chronic stress patterns in the brain. This leads to irritability, forgetfulness, and a sense of losing yourself.
Here is what that looks like in real life.
You start each day already behind
You snap faster even though you love your kids deeply.
You feel guilty for needing a break
You miss the version of yourself you used to be.
You get trapped in survival mode instead of growth mode.
You feel disconnected from your passions.
Your energy is low and your enthusiasm fades.
You fall into bed each night wondering if this is just how motherhood has to feel.
Over time, the chaos becomes normal.
The resentment grows quietly. The exhaustion becomes constant. The sense of losing yourself becomes louder than you want to admit.
And the saddest part is that many moms think this is simply part of motherhood.
It is not.
Motherhood does not require the loss of your identity, your peace, or your time.
Mom Time helps you structure your day, protect your energy, and create pockets of calm where overwhelm used to live.
No complicated planners. No unrealistic routines. Just an easy, flexible approach that helps you gain control and more like yourself again.

RENEWED HOPE
My Story and How MomTime Was Born
When I first became a mom, I expected to adjust quickly.
I thought I would find a rhythm. I thought I would still feel like myself. But instead, everything in my life shifted at once. My days were chaotic, my identity felt blurry, and I constantly felt behind.
I loved my children deeply, but I no longer recognized the woman I was becoming. I was overwhelmed, exhausted, and surviving each day instead of living it with intention. I felt guilty for struggling, yet I could not escape the fog.
I finally realized something important.
Motherhood was not the problem. The lack of structure, support, and time was.
So I started experimenting with tiny changes. Small habits.
Simple routines. Practical systems I could stick to even on the hardest days.
I paid attention to my energy, my time patterns, and the emotional weight I carried.
I learned the psychology behind overwhelm and how to lower my mental load.
Slowly, my life changed. I felt calmer. My days made sense again. I had more patience. I had breathing room. I started to feel like myself.
Those small shifts turned into the framework that became MomTime.
I built this course because I want you to experience that same relief and clarity.
I want you to feel supported, capable, and grounded again.
I want you to have the tools I wish I had when everything felt heavy.
MomTime is my story turned into a system for you.

Meet Your Mentor
I am Natalie, founder of BeMoreMom, and a Brit living in New York. By day, I am a lawyer, and I have three children and two dogs.
After feeling lost once my first child was born 13 years ago, I started on a journey of rediscovery and self development, little by little, day by day, to reclaim and redefine who I am, within and outside of being a mom.
Part of that identity is taking control of our day so we have time for ourselves. As a mom, so many things demand our time and if we plan and prioritize, we can be calmer, happier moms.
